Things you might want to know about Beers!

It was Saturday night and I went to a club with few friends. Fancy lamps, disco lights, loud music, people dancing crazily. Me and one of my friend went to the bar to grab a drink and heard a guy (standing next to me at the bar) asking for a beer. Bartender asked him “which one would you like to have sir!” the guy replied “any, under 300 bucks”. I just could not digest what he said.
Well, In my opinion one should be very particular when it comes to beer, which would depend on your taste and most importantly which you can digest well. You will give a thought to that, only when you are concerned about your health. Now, why am I talking about digestion and health is because you have innumerous types of beers being made in this world and every beer is not for everyone. If you have been drinking wrong beer you might have seen its side effects on you like vomit sensation, upset stomach, or sometimes increased heartbeat. Though this can also happen to anyone with any of the beer if you drink beyond your capacity. So guys, drink like a gentleman and not for the competition.

Having said that here are few types of beers:

Ale -  5% to 14% alcohol by volume

Lager - 4% to 5% alcohol by volume

Pilsner - 3% to 6% alcohol by volume

Stout - 5% to 10% alcohol by volume

Porter - 4% to 5% alcohol by volume

We have many more categories and their sub categories. Talking about their alcohol content we found that Ale is one of the type which can hit you very soon if you are a beer lover. So, get drunk and not fat.

What is Lager?

Lager is a German word that refers to the act of being stored. Lager are beers that are bottom fermented with yeast settling at the bottom whereas in ales yeast floats on the top. The yeast that is used in ale production ferments throughout the beer and settles at the top of the liquid. Lager is also the beer that requires cold temperatures for fermentation and believe it or not it requires months before it is ready to be served. Lager beers are always dark in color
Having said about Lager how can we miss wheat beer

What is Wheat Beer?

Wheat beer is one of our favorite types. It is always brewed with a large proportion of wheat in comparison to the amount of barley. It is usually top-fermented beer. Wheat provides a soft character to the beer and is sometimes hazy or cloudy. It is Light and easy to drink with very little aftertaste, and I think people who love beer don’t even bother about aftertaste. The two main varieties are weissbier and witbier.
Have you ever given a thought that these beers could have different serving temperature and different glass wares as well. Don’t worry I won't make “drinking a beer” a challenge for you.
The average temperature at which all the beers can be served is 40-45-degree F. This temperature is acceptable if you want to have a good and complete taste of beers.
